If my number is blocked on imessage and the person who blocked me changes their number will my number remain blocked on the initial (old) number?

It will also be stay blocked on the phone that originally blocked the number, at least until he/she clears their blocked numbers.
Their old number, which will be recycled between 45 to 90 days (can be sooner depending on the area the number is retired. Use to take up to six months before a number got back into recycled numbers.
