I'm afraid, sir, that you'll need to speak with your anaesthesiologist/anaesthetist about this to make sure you get the most precise, and accurate, response. S/he will know whether there are any contraindications to using a laryngeal mask airway (LMA) on people that have acid reflux 'problems'.
