Can you have colon cancer if you are under 50 years old?

I'm 28 but my rectum bleeds sometimes and I have had blood in my stool

I don't really care if I have cancer but want to know if I should see a doctor

    Possible but unlikely.

    If you are seeing red blood on your stool it is most likely to be haemorrhoids or an anal fissure.

    See a doctor and get an accurate diagnosis.

    But more likely you have Hemorrhoids

    it is possible to have colon cancer at a young age, but you need to go to the doctor for a checkup
