What's the real reason for Yahoo! shutting down Answers?

Democrats are shutting down freedom of speech as part of their tyrannical globalist takeover.

Yes, there is a reason: Anonymous trolls.

Racist remarks and a lot of hatetradising innit

Low quality of questions, chat, trolling, probably legal issues around actual harassment etc.  I imagine it also pulls in too little revenue.

Just the liberal perspectives will win, I am near taking out Yahoo from all my devices....

No hidden reasons, and it’s nothing to do with it being nasty. It’s always been full of trolls and bullies. It’s shutting down because of a lack of interest. It’s a business decision. 

Too many complaints to the advertisers about questions and answers being removed by sad people with nothing better to do.

Only the liberal views will prevail, I am very close to eliminating Yahoo from all my devices.... 

Yahoo Answers has been CANCELLED.

It's a shame for users who post genuine questions and answers in other categories but 'Politics & Government' and 'News & Events' have turned into chat rooms full of sniping trolling questions from right-wing, and to a lesser extent left-wing, users and nutters like the user who posts military questions they already know the answers to. Genuine questions have become increasingly rare. Yahoo Answers has become so widely abused that Yahoo has simply given up trying to maintain a questions and answers service.
