Yeah sure as long as that's what workers could wear on the job. I wouldn't wear it to very formal offices.

No photo was needed. Everyone knows what jeans are.
If this is a fast food interview or for construction trade related jobs you are fine with jeans.

If you're seeking an white collar position, I'd advise against it. Jeans are too casual and as someone who interviews others frequently - yes, first impressions matter. If you're dead set on wearing them, wear them with a button up shirt, sports coat/blazer, and dress shoes. It'd give you a business casual look.
