Can herbal tinctures cause liver damage since they contain some alcohol? ?

    No, because the amount of alcohol in a dose of herbal tincture is so tiny.

    If you are an alcoholic, however, it may be better to use a water tincture.

    I'd be more concerned about what the herbs are and the dosage rather than the alcohol.
