I have herpes outbreaks every time I have sex or every other week. What do I do? ?

    Get on antiviral medication. Wait until the break outs get less sever and or less frequent before you have sex. If you have a lot of stress in your life learn how to manage it or reduce it. 

    There's a good chance that you could have passed herpes onto some one that you had sex with. Since you had sex while or around the time you had a break out.
