Where is the “huge universe”of content supposedly on the deep web?

I’ve been exploring the deep web for some time and haven’t found much that interesting. I noticed that there isn’t much there,

I first tried some OpenNIC sites and that was a few geeky sites and stuff about fifties.

Then I tried some blockchain TLDs and found it’s mostly talking about crypto coins and other “ butt coins” and other fringe alt coins. There were a bunch of malware infected sites on this supposedly uncensorable web.

I explored the mysterious TOR darknet and didn’t find much interesting there, mostly some chat rooms and a wiki leading to a few illegal sites, and a few whistle blower sites in oppressive countries.

I tried I2P and free net and that was just full of some weird / quirky sites and some borderline fetish material. All in all not a very big area.

I figured out that the “closed shell system” needed to access the so called Charter Web and such meant a special VPN. I read into it and found that there are secret vpns connecting hacker spaces but nothing too big. I also tried some offbeat social networks that work by odd network protocols and didn’t find any content of note in them?

Where in the world is this huge universe of content on the deep web?
