How do I make Flash Player work again? I have it installed and have prevented it from uninstalling itself but still can't use Flash websites?

You can't - Flash is now considered a security risk and any sites that use flash will now be considered a risk will be disabled on your browser. Most sites using flash will have been rewritten by now to use HTML5 code which is secure.
