who decides the criteria for 'freedom of speech'  - you ? me ? or somebody else ?

if 100 people tell me its okay to make 'dead baby' jokes in the name of 'freedom of speech' and that if i express my disgust,  I should be put in jail for my opposing beliefs, could you agree that freedom of speech FAILED ?

freedom of speech is a load of b/s.

nobody can control who says or thinks whatever they wish.

agree with that ?

That's more an example of an educational fail than a freedom of speech fail. How we've managed to produce such lightweights in this country who think words literally are sticks and stones is a pox on us all.

Jokes are Jokes you may not like them but then again as long as you are not FORCED to listen to them and they do no one any real harm it's not a problem...

The courts are the the ones with the final say and they are suppose to use our Constitution as a guide.  Unfortunately, that is not how it works now a days, the mob's, the media, and the left are the ones. That are telling us what is or is not OK to say.

“Freedom of speech”,  the first amendment,  gives one the right to speak out and voice your disagreement of our government, without fear of retribution or punishment.  Libs are trying to punish those who disagree using harassment, humiliation, ruination, etc.  They want to destroy our rights.

Dead baby jokes is a matter of having manners, decorum, and respect for others in social or public  settings. (Sadly lacking today)  It has nothing to do with our FirstAmendment  right.
