Since the planet's axis of rotation is tilted by 98 degrees, the changes in weather are quite profound.
For part of its year the north pole is in constant sunlight and the south pole is in constant night. Then for part of its year that is reversed. The changes to the total planetary atmospheric pressure are not significant, the atmosphere regulates the pressure over the entire planet.
