No. Xylitol (a sweet-tasting crystalline alcohol) also helps stomach-related problems.
Take a half a teaspoon of xylitol twice a day or ever so often.
Let it dissolve in your mouth and absorb through your oral cavity (roof or bottom of mouth).
Xylitol makes a "healthy environment" in your mouth.
When you have this healthy environment, then nature takes care of itself and the body heals itself.
Should feel results right away, and just relax for a few minutes to let it work its wonders.
I think the operating mechanism is that xylitol improves the pH in your mouth (and in your body).
Also, bacteria can't live in xylitol, so you don't have to brush your teeth after eating xylitol (unlike eating sugar).
