The lead criminal investigator who agreed that Floyd said "I ate too many drugs", was he paid to say that?

It felt like he was there with vengeance or a chip on his shoulder.  Indian guy doesn't seem to like blacks.

It’s really hard to tell exactly what he said. The defense is claiming he said “I ate too many drugs,” but it sounds a lot like “I ain’t do any drugs.” Those two sentences sound remarkably similar. I’d say it’s more likely he said the latter because the cops were accusing him of being high. He probably was high, but he wasn’t showing signs of an overdose. He was having a panic attack, which was likely caused by a combination of PTSD and being high.

He had taken meth and fentanyl instead of the painkillers he was used to. Meth can give people anxiety too, but it’s not that hard to calm someone down from that. If they had just talked to him like a human being and showed some patience and understanding, they probably could have calmed him down and he would have just willingly sat in the car.

Even if Floyd did say “I ate too many drugs,” it doesn’t excuse chauvin’s behavior. He held him in a position that restricts breathing, put all his weight on his neck, while Floyd said he couldn’t breathe and begged for his life. If he believed Floyd had taken too many drugs, he should have been MORE concerned about his medical distress. I think that no matter what drugs Floyd took or what he said, chauvin used excessive force and showed a depraved indifference to human life. He knew he had no pulse, but held his position for several more minutes instead of making an effort to help him. He ignored any chance to save his life, and instead he made absolutely certain that he would die.

So anyone who doesn't fit your model of what you think happened is a liar? Please.

He literally kneeled his on his neck for 8 minutes and he have the audacity to say he overdosed on drugs. That's like beating a crackhead to death with a baseball bat, but turn and say well he had more than the legally amount of crack in his system.
