how do i "petition" the court after sheriff's sale in lackawanna county pa?

how do i "petition" the court after sheriff's sale in lackawanna county pa. I can’t find any information about how to do so and I was told I can because they gave the wrong date of the sale and didn’t inform me of the sale, And they sold for next to 100,000 less than the house is worth. we were told to get a lawyer but I cannot afford one, and a have 0 way of setting money aside for one, they also sold my house when the restrictions were still in place to prevent a sheriff’s sale. Please help! send a link if you can tell me how or explain it here. I really need to know. how do i "petition" the court after a sheriff's sale in lackawanna county pa
