Who benefits by shutting this place down ?

I don’t see how it solves any problems. Did it cost any corporate place that much to keep it running?

This place was low maintenance. 

We never knew there was an end, and now we’re all powerless. Lol

The people shutting it down have no soul, they act like yahoo offers other good “products” and “services” lol. Other than yahoo answers I use google for everything. Bye yahoo you don’t know a good thing when you see it. Yahoo will entirely vanish soon because the person in charge is dumb.

Hey Mier, that’s cool I didn’t know it made the news. Would be nice if it came back! Yeah it seems there’s a lot of traffic still specially when you see the other sections. It was cool recognizing most users in this section though lol. Other sites seem hard to get used to.

    That is true. It has been getting a lot of media coverage lately, I even seen it in the nightly news Monday and maybe one day it will be back by popular demand who knows? Only time will tell. 

    I don’t think the popularity of the site has died off as much as people say from the time I first made an account here in 2012. I still see it getting a lot of traffic.

    Yahoo trusted supporters defended them when they removed the green format. Now they are saying Yahoo are losing money by keeping Yahoo answers? 

    Since when did it cost to use anything on Yahoo?

     Instead, of speaking up for more features, they chose to take it from behind. Now all us will be without Yahoo answers.
