Can I get cable subscription just for the login? ?

When I want to stream on cbs for example it asks for a cable login. Can I just pay for a low end account that requires no home setup but gives me a login?

    Cable logins are expensive so thats probably not a good idea. You should look up "show name" streaming and see what service its on and then subscribe to that if you have to, thats gonna be the cheapest way.
