My personal trainer posted a picture of me without my consent, what do I do?

I did a 30 day weight loss programme and sent a before and an after photograph to my personal trainer (PT) because she had asked for it. The before and after photographs showed a noticeable difference. My PT made me write a client testimonial to how I found the programme so that she could post the review on her social media to try and get more clients. I don't have social media but a friend of mine does and she follows my PT. She saw that my PT is using my client testimonial (which is fine by me) but also my two pictures to advertise her 30 day weightloss programme. My problem with this is that she did not ask to post my images on her social media account and now she is using them for marketing. The main issue I have with this is that in the before picture I look really bad and she put my name out there. Lots of people have commented under the post and on Instagram due to her large following the post has nearly a thousand likes which may not seem like lots but I live in a very small town.

I honestly don't know what to say. She is a very nice person but I didn't consent to my image being posted on social media. What do I do?

Tell her you didn't consent, assuming you didn't either orally or written, and ask her to take down the picture, Khloe, lol.

Talk to her about it, like an adult.

Did you ever sign any contract with the PT before you started working with her?  likely is a release somewhere in that.  If you have a better before pic, ask she switches it (if you did in fact sign a release)
