Do I have to get the second shot of the pfizer or Moderna covid vaccine?
I always wondered what will happen if I only got one Covid shot of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine. I was told that an appointment is required to schedule the second shot so I wanted to ask if I refuse to get the second shot, what will happen? Will this be against the law or something? I mean I know getting the shot is my choice but will it do harm to only get half the vaccine?

You would have limited immunity and would have to start over when you come to your senses.

You will have wasted getting the first shot. It has little to no effectiveness on it's own. So get the second.
