Is it possible to say stuff you DO NOT mean when angry?

    Yes I’ve done it and I think everyone has. Sometimes when you’re mad you feel the intention to hurt someone so you sometimes come up with something untrue but hurtful in the moment

    No, you mean it. It’s possible to change your mind later, though.

    It is possible, but when you are angry do you even stop to think, about what you say before you even say it?
