sin 10° = 0.174
cos 10° = 0.985
g = 9.8 m/sec^2
Δh = L*sin 10° = 0.174*3 = 0.52 m
ΔGPE = Δh*m*g
ΔGPE = m*g*cos 10°*μk*L+m/2*V^2
0.52*9.8*m = m(9.8*0.985*0.2*3+V^2/2)

check : tan 10° = 0.18 = μk max for having motion ; if μk > 0.18, the box stays at rest
