Would it be offensive to say the genders are male, female and “other”?

Would the “other” be considered offensive? Would it be better to say trans instead of other?  But then there are more genders than just male, female and trans, so that’s why I want to use other since it is more broad.

    Just say "non-binary".

No, some languages have three genders: masculine, feminine and neuter. But everywhere, no matter what language is spoken, there are only two sexes: male and female.

"Other" is offensive, NO ONE is an other.

"Real male" , "real female" or "delusional freak"

There are no genders in that sense.  Intersex people are usually not trans.  There are basically females and deviations from female, including male, which is the largest group.

There is no other gender in nature. There is only two genders either Male or Female. I feel others are just medical condition. They should admit they are sick.
