How do I stop being scared of going out in public and running into my schoolmates?
I live in a fairly small city. I'm scared to go out in public, like to the store or a restaurant, because a classmate might see me and it'd be awkward. Like, they'll say "hey" to me and it's weird. How do I stop this fear?

Sounds like you have social anxiety. Go and talk to your doctor, there is medication to ease it, or take it away completely.
