what spider is this?
so i woke up from what felt like tingling on my arm, i look at my arm and see a black and grey spider crawling up my arm. its about the size of a nickel and i was thinking its a wolf spider but im not sure if they can be that small

Well wolf spiders get as small as 4MM body which is more like tiny.
The bigguns can cover most of your hand, and everything in between.
There are other spiders more likely found indoors, a couple of Agelenidae genus often found in homes (house spiders)
One of over 300 species , not seeing your spider or your location.
A harmless spider in any event, no worries.
