Question  about English language?

Hi I'm learning English and I have a question for English speakers.

Which do you say more frequently "I'm" or "I am" when you  say your name to new people?

sorry if my sentence is strange.

If you're speaking aloud you should say "I'm" so that the emphasis falls on your name as you want the listener to concentrate on that and remember it.

I'm - to sound as informal, friendly, casual, and relaxed as possible. I am - would be more formal and stilted - in my opinion.
