If you baked something and people ate it, is it YOUR fault that they gained weight?
My father love coffee/Sweet bread and cookies, but also tell me "I can't become thin because of this".
Um, simply don't eat it? How is my fault he can't deal with his weight gain? (I think he is around 5'7 and 250ibs). I never force people to eat what I bake. Funny thing is that he complain about the baking yet drink several can of beer or wine almost everyday.
I'm aspiring to work in the culinary field in the future, so just because my father blame his weight on me, I'm not allowed to ever bake or cook stuff for myself? (I'm not a teenager, so I pay for my own food when living with parents - kind of like roommates, but it's your family) lol

Adults are responsible for what they choose to consume. One person's lack of willpower isn't another person's "fault". Having said that, a considerate thing would be to avoid putting temptations in front of someone with low willpower (putting goodies in front of someone trying to lose weight is akin to blowing smoke in the face of someone trying to quit smoking).

I was once part of a company that makes snack foods possible. We discussed where to put vending machines on a college campus on the same day I set ant traps in my house. I noted something similar to someone like "doesn't it bug you that we likely are fully responsible for giving people heartatacks and killing them?"
Turns out, she used to be director of a healthcare clinic and yes, it does bother her.
We both probably each ate 6 bags of free, expired cupcakes that day nonetheless.

Bake what you want and take the goods to the local fire/police/hospital workers/ food banks/neighbors/relatives/old folks homes etc.
You will need to contact the above and make sure they are willing to take baked goods.
