(yes I'm being sarcastic).
As for 192 etc... his dog is a herder for his sheep and yes he might kill rabbits as LOTS of dogs do given the chance as it is natural for them. However, much rather that than see the amount of sheep and lambs killed in the UK by off lead dogs of irresponsible owners.
