There is no single type of guy that women like. Different women like different types of guys. One woman's long lean lanky good looks is another woman's skinny bag of bones. One woman's confidence is another woman's arrogance. One woman's quiet interesting type is another woman' shy and boring type.

Most people would probably answer looks, but the more I have dated, the more I have learnt its not about looks. Offer me two guys...one good looking but arrogant one, or one ordinary looking man with emotional maturity and respect. I'd chose the second guy because personality and respectfulness is the most attractive.
