Is a dna paternity test enough to prove rape?

My uncle raped me and I had twins as a result.  Everyone in the family denies I was raped and my living daughter refuses a dna maternity test to prove it.  I plan to go to court criminal and civil.  Since I can't force her to get a dna maternity test and I know I am the mother can I get a DNA paternity test to prove he is the father... the twins were born at home I didn't see a doctor and my uncle took them as soon as they were born one passed away as an infant they were both sick one survives and he gave her to some woman to raise.  She was not with either biological parent.  I tried talking to her about it but either she doesn't understand or she doesn't want a part of it.  What can I do if all I have is my word.  I asked a lawyer and he said a person s word is not enough.  I'm still going to try.  I told the lawyer I have depression and am on medication and he says that its not going to be well because of that and I can't get a dna maternity test.
