Is 23 considered a child? ?
My boyfriend is 5 years younger than me. I knew what I was getting myself into. I knew that I would be that “mom role” . I met him at work and he seemed very mature but outside of it different lol. He still hangs out with teenagers. He plays video games, he has no job, he dropped out of college not that there’s anything wrong with it but he dropped out to “be a big kid” to hang out with his teenage friends all day.. everything he does is so childish sometimes he seems like a 15 year old more than a 23 year old... overall is this normal behavior??

No, they are adults.
Some people can be immature but most 23 year olds are not like that.

See, this is all on you because you went into this thinking that you're supposed to mother someone because of a measly five year age gap which would be fine if you were 13 babysitting after school, except for the sexual aspects, but in your 20s? Come on! What's with the low expectations? You know this ain't right. He's messed up and it's not your job to either mother him or try to "fix" him. People only change when they want to, not because they're "loved better." Get rid and do some soul searching on why you ever gave this child more than five minutes of your time.
