what is your favorite seasoning to use on chicken breast and hamburger meat?

    Chicken Marinating Ideas:

    Marinate before cooking, just enough to coat, not soak the meat ( cook on the grill, in a sautee pan or in the oven )

    * Soy Sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, sesame seeds

    * Any Italian or Asian salad dressing

    * Fresh minced garlic, Rosemary and olive oil

    *Catalina Dressing

    Seasoned Chicken : cooked on the grill, sauteed or baked:

    * Slather chicken with ANY mustard and sprinkle with Tarragon and garlic powder

    * same as above, but use Rosemary

    * Sautee chicken until brown on one side, turn chicken and finish browning WITH sliced onions, red and green peppers and fresh garlic. After second side of chicken is browned, add a jar of your favorite tomato pasta sauce. Once the sauce is in the pan, cover on low heat and simmer for 30 minutes for TENDER chicken. In the meantime, boil your favorite pasta. 

    GROUND BEEF BURGERS : Mix, but don't over mix any or a combo of the below ingredients in your hamburger meat:

    * Soy sauce

    * Fresh chopped or powdered Garlic

    * Wocestershire Sauce

    * chopped portabella mushrooms

    * cooked bacon

    * chopped onions and or fresh garlic

    * hot sauce

    * "hide" a piece of cheese in the middle

    * bbq sauce

    * Any meat "rub" spice.

    * Even Montreal Steak seasoning is fantastic

    I like to use a season all called ' Aromat ', I also use some dried chives a lot when seasoning meats.

    meat only salt, but chickens if it grilled try it with pesto sauce- pesto and cream_

    Chicken would be fresh thyme and lemon juice. Hamburger would be just salt and pepper.

    Chicken breast:  any combination of:  fresh rosemary, lemon slices, white cooking wine.

    Hamburger meat:  just salt and pepper.  Fleur de sel salt, and fresh-ground black pepper. I LIKE the flavor of beef and don't mask it with other flavors, although I often cook up some diced onion with the ground beef.

    In hamburger meat I put finely chopped leeks, finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley , oregano, basil, sage, salt, and pepper plus one egg for every 2 pounds. 

    Chicken I use minced garlic and minced ginger plus hot chilis and a little salt in toasted sesame oil to sear and then finish in the oven with a cover on the pan. This is good with matchsticks of root vegetables (carrot, any type of radish, celery root, parsnip, onion, rutabaga, kohlrabi, beet, turnip, potato, etc.) also seared then roasted in the covered pan.
