Try meditation. It is a truly powerful tool that helps strengthen the mind and relieve anxiety. The problem is.. why are you worrying about the future? Let goooo of control. You have no control over the future & the harder you try to fight that truth.. the more uneasy your soul will be in the end.

Idk if you’re religious or not but I love the verse in the Bible {it’s one of my favorites}.. it goes something along the lines of... “the birds in the sky do not know where they will get there next meal yet still they sing... you are more precious than birds to our Heavenly Father”.. if he provides for them what makes you think he wouldn’t provide for you?

... let go of control. Let it all go. Live in peace & knowing that it will all be ok. Every little thing. Take a deep breathe & truly live in this moment.

When you worry about the future.. you are robbed from the joy of living here & now. In this very moment. God created you to be alive.. to feel alive. To enjoy & live in peace. Not to be a captive in your own head. Let your heart rest my friend. Worrying about the future.. isn’t worth your peace of mind. Ever.

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Whenever you have that feeling, try to distract yourself with something else.  Maybe play a game, read a book, talk on the phone, or whatever.
