How do you get to the doctors if you don’t have a car and no one to take you ?

    You have got to have taxis and Uber. And if you're old enough to have Medicare it will pay for medical transportation companies to come and get you.

    And if you have Federal marketplace insurance. You can call most of the medical transportation programs.

    To shuttle you back and forth to your doctor's appointment. You're probably going to have to pay for it up front and file the claim and wait to get your money back. But when you're at the doctor just tell the doctor that you had no way to get to him and ask the doctor to write you a statement that says medical transportation was medically necessary.

    Bus or take a taxi/uber if you're feeling too rough for the bus.

    I take a taxi. It only costs me $2.50 one way to go.
