how do you make friends when you never have any to hang out with?

Ever since ive lived here for 10 yrs i never have so much as anyone to so much as go out for coffee with, im single, no boyfriends, guys wont even ask me out, im 4ft5 so i dont know if that interferes with people wanting to be friends with you, maybe i just look too young for them so theyre not interested. i do go out to places like church and when they have their activities and i still dont have anyone to hang out with, im tired of living like a lone ranger, im not working right now, im on ssdi, ive thought of volunteering but im not interested in wearing that diaper over my mouth all day. how come others have people to visit with and go places with and i dont? i dont smoke, dont do drugs, and dont drink , you would think people would love to have someone around that dont do all that. any suggestions? im tired of being a loner constantly. i want to spend time with people, if i didnt go to church stuff i would never see people at all except for neighbors, tired of living like this, how can i live a normal life where i get to go out and actually do stuff with people? why is it everyone else has people to hang out with all the time and i dont?

I cant work right now cause of joint issues, ive had hip implants and knee issues so its not like i can walk around all day, so i sit home a lot, i used to be able to go see some friends at the senior center down the street but covid ruined all that cause theyre closed for the past yr, my one friend is afraid i'll contaminate her
