Do you think not being able to make connections at a company a bad reason to leave a company?

Honestly it’s hard to make connections when you first start at any job. What you need to do is stay silent your first couple months & work your tail off. Prove to them that you are a good worker.. & they will literally have no choice but to like you. 

 Once you show your capable of being a better employee than half the employees there.. trust me.. people begin to come around. 

 Believe in yourself... when nobody else see’s it in you.. see it in yourself. Always. 

 Bish you need to start believing you the CEO of life. 

No. Not everyone can fit in to every situation. You should find a company that you feel comfortable with.
