I have won so much at one particular casino that I was excluded . only one small one where for a period i had a advantage . they created the advantage while i utilized it only . the Natives knew me and 16 other people who were excluded 2 years ago .

I won't set foot in Casinos today . Casinos got whacked and struggle back to the best days but use tactics now so everyone wins some and no one gets ahead . Vegas and Atlantic City get involved and those casinos are the worst .

Indian Casino start ups at one time were so much fun and everyone won . It's a promotion switch and bait to get people in now as pure scheme type atmosphere .

Native Americans are turning too American Union now and rooted up IMO .

Their honor days are over .

A security guard once told me 3 security escort a man with $100,000 and he leaves with 3 times that but usually leaves empty . People with big money that can double up get excluded they way i did . the house always wins

The purpose of gambling, especially legal gambling (e.g., in a casino), is to have fun spending your money. That is, you're going to lose money, but you're going there to have fun while doing that. I do hope and pray this makes sense, because it's reality.

I don't have the data, but I'd say "gamblers win[ning] good money" happens well under 1/10 of 1% of the time. Who do you imagine paid for those fancy casinos?

I always walk away with a good win (for what I consider to be). I usually walk out with $4000 to $8000 after entering with $1000 or 2500. I count cards though and leave while I'm ahead, kinda like what I'M FROM TEXAS described. I don't get greedy and keep thinking I'm on a roll. I know it's a matter of time until bad luck hits. Or the casino kicks me out for counting cards.

Rarely, although I once won $26 in quarters from a slot machine.  (Gave up gambling after I became a Christian.)

I have worked in Casinos. $2,000-$3,000 wins are not uncommon. I'd say $5000+ would be a really good gaming win, $10,000+ A big win, and anything over $15,000 a Mega win. A lot of people go to gamble, but don't have Casino experience and understand how odds really work. They don't quit while they are ahead and you aren't allowed to tell them or give gaming advice. They end up losing most if not all of it.
