Is it possible to buy Yahoo Answers from Verizon to save it, at least as an archive?

    I think it would be possible.  Yahoo/Verizon clearly states they become owners of the content, so it is theirs to trash or sale as they please.  But they'd probably want several million for it, and a lot of Hold Harmless sorts of papers signed.

    You must mean every database Yahoo answers has. I REALLY doubt it. That would be against privacy laws, I would think.
