Why is my Amazon keeps saying payment needs to be revised?

Amazon no longer is shipping my packages to me, it keeps canceling my order. I have a Bluebird card link to it, do you think it has something to do with Bluebird giving me a new card, since my old card expired?

I have my new bluebird link in my Amazon, and my valence is over 260, I'm trying to order something that cost way less than that 

What is the solution?

    yes, if your card is expired, you need to update amazon with the new information.
