why does the media portray asian hate crimes as if there is some massive plot in america to attack all asians ?
although i do agree that hate crimes have risen against asians since covid-19 its not like the vast majority are actually victims.
sure the media posts a few incidents but considering how america has millions of asians, the chances of someone being asian and being randomly attacked is extremely low
and it gets lower if you are younger and abled bodied or male since majority of the attacks seem to be against vulnerable elders who barely speak english or small framed middle aged women.
my point is that MOST asians are not VICTIMS of hate crimes

#45 used 'China Virus', 'Kung Flu' and 'Wuhan Virus' as an identification of an enemy as a unifying cause which led to hate crimes skyrocketing. There is a difference to saying Chinese Virus or Brazilian strain and 'China Virus'.
You realize. Asians only make up 8% of the population right.
