At nights when I think back about the morning it feels like it was days ago, is there a name for this condition ?

So for example when I am going to bed and I think about me going to work earlier in the day it feels like so long ago as If not the same day, to be honest more and more throughout the day I constantly feel like this and things that happen a few hours ago seem so long ago, concentrating not the same as once was which is making me think I now have memory issues, I’m only 31 as well
