Are there any websites I can use to track where the space lasers are in the sky starting forest fires?

No. There are space lasers, but I'm pretty sure none are powerful enough to fire a beam through the atmosphere that has enough strength to start a forest fire. A laser beam loses a whole lot of energy going through the entire atmosphere. Of course, you can probably find a lying fantasy site that does that. So many lies today!
