Why on earth was Sidney Powell’s defense that "no reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact."?

    Her defense is absolutely insane. It contradicts her previous statements. It will undoubtedly be used against her and she will likely be sanctioned.

    It's easy to see why you lot (you, Jim2 and Murcuri) aren't lawyers. Try harder in the future to remember the adage, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt.".
