How do I get my sister to stop blackmailing me?

I honestly regret coming out to her. She’s pretty supportive and accepts me for being lgbtq+, but she keeps using the fact that I’m closeted against me to get me to do the things she want. She would threaten to tell our entire family, whom are all homophobic, that I’m lgbtq+ every single time she doesn’t get her way with me. I can’t put up with this sh1t anymore. I’m already tired from dealing with my homophobic family, I really don’t have the energy to put up with her blackmailing and toxic behavior.

You are just going to have to out your self. Get on your own first. Move out. Then out yourself on Facebook. 
That will be the end of her leverage. You need to give her some silent treatment for a few months at least - maybe a year. That wasn’t cool, people have committed suicide over things like this. 
You do get to pick your new family though. Choose wisely.

That is being homophobic, I’d suggest getting a fake date (of the opposite gender) so if she does out you, you can say “nope, thats not true! I’m currently dating insert name here!” She will face consequences from that!

There are exactly 3 ways to get her to stop, and only the first one is guaranteed to work:
1. Tell your family before she does and deal with their reaction now instead of later
2. Tell her that if she tells your family, you will never associate with her or support her again for the rest of her life.
3. Get some dirt on her, and counter-blackmail her.
