Electromagnetic Fields PHYS1112: find the rate at which the electric field change?

A uniform electric field is increasing at a constant rate over time. If the displacement current through a 1 cm^2 surface area perpendicular to the electric field vector is 3 nA, find the rate at which the electric field change.

A. 3 V/m*us

B. 27 V/m*s

C. 30 nV/m*s

D. 0.38 V/m*us

I am not sure what correct formula to use for this problem.
