Is it okay to only brush your teeth once at night?
Is brushing good (electric toothbrush), flossing, and using mouthwash every night really not enough to protect against gum disease?

i don't floss or use mouthwash, and I brush in the morning, and my dentist admires the state of my gums. I think it has a lot more to do with what you eat. I've also been told that I rinse very well after brushing, and that not everyone does.
