PHYS1112 Waves Question?

At a certain instant in time, an electromagnetic wave has vector E in the -z direction and vector B in the +y direction. In what direction does the wave propagate?

a. +x direction

b. -x direction

c. +y direction

d. -z direction

e. +z direction

I am not the best with vectors to answer this question correctly and understand this.
