Why's he doing this???
I was once trying to read a poster from afar and a guy standing next to it thought I was staring at him. Ever since, whenever he sees me he'd stand afar and try locking eyes with me for literally 20-30 seconds straight! I was 16f, he was 20m when this started, I only see him occasionally but it's been 7yrs and he still does that.. I was initially interested and tried contacting him but he doesn't respond- his staring is more lk watching now and it feels intimidating.
