We're getting bombarded with new visitors and customer orders and I'd like to see which page or link they're jumping from to come onto our website. Any free tools that allow you to see that?

Who is hosting your web site? Usually a report that will give you that information is a standard part of most web hosting packages. You just have to enable that as feature. Your hosting service should be able to help you do that.
I am not aware of an software you can install on your computer that would give you that information, but it will be located on the server that host your web site and not on your computer. You would have to use a software that is installed on the host server to get that information.
