Why can't there be yahoo! Questions instead?

Will Yahoo make a new question site called: Yahoo! Questions instead of Yahoo! Answers since Yahoo! Answers is shutting down?

    There is no value in the questions, it's the ANSWERS to them that have the actual value.

    No there will be no new version of YA (not under any name). Verizon has made it clear it's not interested in this type of forum (there's no money in it).
