Billions in aid and a lower population tend to do things like that. It’s how Europe thrived after World War 2 when 3% of the population died. Everyone had access to a job and the United States gave out vast sums of money.

It has been five years now. The reconstruction is still going on. But so many residents do not want to come back. if the contaminated water has been thrown away into the see. It would cause a disaster again. Nd the places to keep the water is coming to the limit. The overall economy has been going up before the pandemic, but also the debts. The increase in taxes cannot help much. Now more than 1 million workers have lost their jobs. The money has been thrown to the ceiling. But the vaccine program is still slow to improve. The Olympic game will be set forth, but who knows who are going to come.
