Are hip flexor exercise supposed to hurt ?
Whenever I perform stretches specifically for hip flexors it really hurts. Especially from pose. I don’t know if my hip flexors are too tight or what but I can never complete an exercise because of the pain. I’m stretching because I have knock knees and I heard that they can be caused by hip flexors but I’m unable to do it because of how painful some of the stretches get
